Overview
We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below are our shipping methods, estimated times, costs, and policies.


Processing time

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or personalized orders may require 3–7 business days processing — this will be noted on the product page.


Shipping options & carriers

  • Standard Shipping — Economy service via USPS/DHL e-commerce. Estimated 7–12 business days 


Order tracking


Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us at [ariascoop@outlook.com] — we’ll investigate with the carrier.

  • For damaged items, please keep packaging and photos, and contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the package.

  • We will assist in filing a claim and either replace the item or issue a refund once carrier/insurance processes the claim.


Address changes & failed deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot change the address once an order is processed.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and re-shipping fees.


International restrictions & prohibited items

  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries. If an item cannot be shipped to your country, you will be notified and refunded.
